  13. disk drive, you also receive a demo

  23. the usability of the program.

  25.   This modified version allows you to

  27. enter a name of interest and have the
  28.  
  29. computer search for that particular
  30.  
  31. name. It is not necessary to input a
  32.  
  33. complete name; a string of any length
  34.  
  35. can be used. For example if 'SM' is
  36.  
  37. entered as the name to search for,
  38.  
  39. all names that begin with 'SM' will
  40.  
  41. be shown.  That includes names like
  42.  
  43. 'SMITH', 'SMITTY', and 'SMOTTA'. The
  44.  
  45. file number(s) that are shown can
  46.  
  47. then be used to find the name and
  48.  
  49. address information desired.

  51.   To view the directory, the program
  52.  
  53. enters a null string.  As the
  54.  
  55. directory is scrolling by, you can
  56.  
  57. slow it by pressing the CTRL key.

  59.   When entering data into the master

  61. file, be sure to enter last name/first

  63. name, without any spaces or commas
